Returns
- We do accept returns under the following conditions only:
- There is a defect or damage in the item received
- The received item is not the same as the description and it is wrong or hugely different.
- It did not arrive at the time that is expected (tracking).
- Returns have to be requested after 7 days of delivery. Send your photos of the product and order number to tullahelpservice@gmail.com.
Important notes: Since we utilise a third party supplier, any returns will need to be authorised by them therefore none will be accepted until this is done and reimbursement can only be made once authorised.
Refunds
After your return request is accepted, we will refund the payment to you through the payment method used. It can reach up to 5-10 working days.
- In the following cases, the refund will not be made:
- The wrong address was used
- The customer was no longer interested once delivery had been made
- The product was defective because of poor use or ordinary wear.
Important Notes
- Unless the product is defective or wrong we do not cover the shipping costs back.
- Do not send the item back to the manufacturer or the sender address of your own volition – write to us first.
- You may email us in case of any issue at [your email] with photos/videos of it.
